 Refund and Return Policy At Bright Side Art, we want you to love your custom prints, marketing materials, and artwork. Because our products are custom-made to order, please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.

  1. Custom & Printed Items All custom design services, printed marketing materials, signs, banners, custom wallpapers, and fine art reproductions are made-to-order based on your specifications or approved proofs. * Final Sales: Because these items cannot be resold, all sales on custom-printed items are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or user-submitted file errors (e.g., typos, low-resolution images). * Proof Approvals: Please review your digital proofs carefully before giving final printing approval.
  2. Misprints, Damages, or Defects If we made a mistake, we will absolutely make it right! If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our end: * Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. * Email us at info@brightsideart.ca with your order number and clear photos of the issue. * If a manufacturing error is verified, we will reprint and ship your item at no additional cost to you.
